"Without goals, without anticipated significant achievements, only with love for art."

Looking back at 2023, it was such a meaningful and inspiring year for me. Despite facing several health concerns like pre-diabetes and perimenopause, I have survived and continued working without any breaks until December. Financially, I am better settled now, thanks to my recent position at Jewellers Supplies and the successful sales of many pieces of my jewellery. These sales were made possible through the support of my stockists, clients, and participation in The Big Design Market in Melbourne.

And then, I felt burnt out—a long-overdue burnout from producing hundreds of identical pieces in different colors. Due to various colors of powder coating, I had to create the same 30-40 pieces for each batch for over 10 years. I believe it is time to break free from this repetition, step away to reflect on my practice, search for meaning, and rediscover my passion.
