Day 38 : Work 38. photoshoot, Art-icles of Style and meeting

For the last couple of days I have been busy finishing works for 3 occasions. I have made a commitment to create one wearable form per one working day. However, finishing more than 20 works which were half or 3 quarters done took 2 and half days so I couldn’t generate new form for the blog yet but it was definitely worth it and significant part of my practice as well.

So first of all I was getting ready for a photo shoot for the collaboration with one fashion student from RMIT. She loved my works and contacted me to ask collaborate for her fashion style photo shoot with my jewellery and in return I will get the high quality images of my jewellery on model. Below are the 8 works she borrowed for the photo shoot and I am really looking forward to seeing them possibly next week.

Next one is for the show called Art-icles of Style at The Old Auction House in Kyneton, Vic. Australia. I don’t think I have been involved in many exhibitions in Regional Victoria. So this is kind new and I sent 10 works of my usual. Hope I can broaden my audience.

Lastly I had a meeting with egetal to see any possibility to have a solo show with this project, “craft habit: project 100/100” It was such a great meeting and I was so encouraged. So it will happen! Stay tuned!!
